Dark Matter is THE PLACE TO GO FOR ALL YOUR 420 needs! I always run into Tracy when I pop by and they are so sweet and always have a smile on their face and an amazing attitude (Also they always have the most bomb jewelry and pins!!)! They’re super attentive and just overall a great worker!!! If you haven’t found a place to go THIS IS THE PLACE and everyone absolutely awesome!!

I used to shop here all the time. The deals were really good until one day when I went in to buy a cart battery Which keep in mind I have already bought in three cart batteries from this dispensary. The girl told me it was only going to be $10. When I check my account it told me that it was a charge of $16. Because I went back two hours later, the girl did not recall who I was there, for she did not give me my money back. The girl did not give me back my money. She denied that she pocketed that extra cash. I think it’s crazy because dispensaries make so much money, and bud tenders make tips, so I don’t understand why this bud tender would decide to take my money. This is the third time I’ve heard of this happening. Unfortunately I was the third victim. I will not be buying anything from here anymore. The Better Business Bureau needs to investigate this dispensary. And they are suppose to warn you about atm charges which I was not. I have come with my cash app card all the time. And this was the first time I was not informed and given my 3 Additional dollars back. They took $6. Basically the price of a pre roll. The front desk girl is also cutting up IDs she believes to be fake. Idk what gives you all the authority to take that sort of action. If someone is using a fake ID CALL THE COPS. what happens if you cut a card that is not fake. Also don’t have the employees bragging about cutting up the cards to other employees in front of customers. That is unprofessional and unnecessary. I had to add my response since I am not allowed to reply. What a unprofessional response. Should have asked your social media manager advice before providing a response like that. The carts are bad btw. Don’t buy anything from this place. This cart was suppose to be a Valentine’s Day gift.

Wow! I am shocked that they would sell something that is so unhealthy for you. Not medicinal what so ever. Everyone recommended dark matter for the cheap prices. But it is a waste of money if they sell you carts that aren’t even good and refuse and exchange or a return. Budtender even stated that I wasn’t the first complaint of the day. Horrible business practice.

Love dark matter, my most favorite dispensary on the block. Staff is always friendly and awesome. The atmosphere is amazing and welcoming. They almost always have great selections and deals every single day. I love my budtender Alex, super funny and friendly! Always knowledgeable about the product and even provides recommendations to me from time to time. Will forever shop at dark matter.
